Hend Gallery was first established in 2009 by the Bahraini Artist Ali Almahmeed in his hometown Muharraq. Muharraq is a beautiful sea city full of life, art, writers and poets. It is unbelievable how Muharraq carry all of this diversity, leniency and elegancy.
First shared art gallery of Ali Almahmeed and Ibrahim Busaad was held in Hend Gallery, under the patronage of Shaikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al Khalifa. The exhibition comprehend lots of phenomenal sculptures and paintings. And it was just the begging for a lot of exhibitors later on. Art Forum is held in the exhibition and it attract a huge number of visitors and participations of artist from inside and out of Bahrain.
Hend Gallery considered as the best choice for artist, where it already held more than 25 group and solo art exhibitions, beside that a number of workshops.
Hend Gallery believes in Bahraini artists and the local artistic powers. The gallery always aims to give the first priority for local artists and it always works forward to push the Bahraini artist to work and spread in the market and to increase the level of taste and culture in Bahraini society.
